1. The signatory of the Entry Form (the Concerned understood all the datas that are suitable for identification. (home address, phone number, e mail address, date of birth, signature or any other datas) are in accordance with decree EU 2016/679. The data handler is the current operatot of Go Fit KFT (1134 Budapest Lehel utca 19.). 2. Task related to data management with the goals set below: taking in account the rules of secrecy it is done with its own technical system and computer technology. 3. The purpose of data management is to check acces to the fittness room and the services required. 4. The legal base for the data handling is the Concerned volunteer contribution. 5. The circle of concerned is any natural person who has filled in the Entry Form. The sources of datas are from the person concerned. 6. The IT data controllers and the and security system are properly maintained. 7. The data controller does not disclose personal information . The controller does not forward information with in a network or through other IT devices without the prior consent of the concerned party. 8. The data controller handles the personal data as long as the concerned does not request the deletion of his/her datas. This has to be requested in writtening. 9. The person concerned may ask for personal datas to be corrected .You may ask for information in connection with your data handling, or turn to authority (NAIH www.naih. hu) in case of violating your rights. The person concerned will lose his/her right to enter the fitness room for the rest of the period if he/she requests the cancellation of his/her personal data prior to the expiration of the lease period.
